Cory Environmental are landfill operators in the north Bristol area and participate in a government scheme whereby operators can get a 90% rebate on the landfill tax they collect from their clients if the money can be routed into suitable causes. The Cory Environmental Trust is very active in this arena and makes many grants to specific good causes in the area. 

The trustees of Wotton Pool applied for one of these grants and have received this generous award from an environmentally sensitive company that takes its corporate social responsibility seriously.

This grant should allow us to make some serious further progress with the veranda and the roof replacement
