This is a 10 am weekly slot from Thursday 5th June until Thursday 17 July (7 sessions in total) for a price of £42. There will be 15 places and you can get a place by going following the link below. Due to the pool space capacity and the likely pressure on numbers we regret that we cannot accept people arriving at the pool on the day in the hope of getting in to the class.

This will be an active class for 15 people in the water and will be guided by an experienced leisure industry specialist. People will need to enter the water and will be mostly on their feet during the activity – no swimming is required. It should be fun for all involved!
